Eyal Shnaper
CEO & Board Member
Eyal Shnaper serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sage Cyber, leading the company’s strategy and growth.
With over two decades of experience in cyber defense and incident response, Eyal has supported global enterprises, financial institutions, and critical infrastructure operators through high-impact security events. His work sits at the intersection of leadership and execution, helping organizations make the right calls fast, coordinate effectively across teams, and regain control when security incidents threaten stability.
Eyal is also the Founder and CEO of Clarity Sec, a cyber defense and incident response company. In addition, Eyal serves on the boards of several companies, bringing cybersecurity and incident response experience to board-level discussions.
Shir Raz Even-Zohar
Chief Financial Officer
Shir, the COO of Sage Cyber previously founded SEZ Strategy, a company providing strategic planning for high technology start-up companies. Before SEZ, she held positions in product management, business development and customer service for Dario, a healthcare company that creates innovative mobile and digital tools that empower and engage users to lead healthier lives. Previously, Shir was a senior project manager of business development at Medingo Roche, a medical device company that was engaged in the development of solutions for people with diabetes. Shir also served as senior manager at Ernst & Young in the business consultancy group specializing in assisting startup companies from healthcare, and cleantech arena. Shir received a B.A. in Economics and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University. She received an M.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Idan Goldshtein
VP of Research & Development
With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Idan Goldshtein currently serves as the VP of Research & Development at Sage Cyber, specializing in building robust frameworks from scratch using AWS cloud solutions, Idan brings a wealth of expertise to the company.
Prior to joining Sage Cyber, Idan led the Full Stack team at Pomvom, where he played a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions for attraction sites around the globe. His leadership was instrumental in driving the major team at Pomvom to success.
Idan was also the Tech Lead at AI startup Scalez,part of the cybersecurity department at Verint, where he helped build advanced solutions in the crypto and satellites fields.
With a passion for innovation and a track record of success, Idan Goldshtein continues to lead and inspire teams, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the tech industry.
Idan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. When he’s not working on improving the Sage platform, Idan can be found surrounded by his impressive collection of late model sports cars.
Guilad Regev

Guilad is an experienced Customer Success professional with a proven track record in the computer software industry, specializing in cyber security. His expertise spans across Technology Business Management, Operations Management, Sales, IT & Security Strategy, Support, and Professional Services. With a Bachelor of Arts degree focused on Computer Science, Guilad brings a strong operational background to his role.

Yoav Horowitz
Chariman
Yoav brings decades of leadership in national security, cybersecurity, and strategic operations. As former Chief of Staff and Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office, he played a central role in shaping Israel’s security and intelligence policies at the highest levels of government.
He was a key figure in the development of nation-state defense systems, with deep expertise across cybersecurity, intelligence, and defense strategy. At Sage Cyber, Yoav brings this strategic perspective to the company’s leadership, helping guide its direction on complex security issues, organizational priorities, and long-term positioning in the global market.
Yoav’s military career includes senior command roles in one of Israel’s elite units, with extensive operational experience in high-stakes environments. He has also served as CEO in both military and civilian sectors, leading organizations through complex challenges and driving strategy, execution, and impact.
Yigal Unna

Yigal brings over three decades of leadership in national security, cyber warfare, and strategic cyber defense. As former Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD), Yigal was responsible for developing and executing Israel’s national cybersecurity strategy.
Yigal is an expert in cyber defense, intelligence operations, and the protection of critical infrastructure at scale. At Sage Cyber, Yigal provides strategic guidance on global threats, policy direction, and long-range planning, drawing on his experience advising governments, cybersecurity companies, and venture capital firms worldwide.
Yigal also serves as President of Israel Cyber Campus and ICE, advancing cybersecurity education and national-level solutions for international markets.

Ran Shahor
Advisor
Ran is a Brigadier General (Ret.) who founded the world-renowned cybersecurity program of the Intelligence branch of the Israeli Defense Forces. After 27 years of service, Ran held multiple leadership roles in the private sector. Prior to co-founding SAGE Cyber, Ran was the founder and the Co-CEO of Focal Energy – a clean energy power plant developer and owner. Prior to Focal Energy, Ran was Managing Partner of Star Ventures, a $1 billion global venture capital group. Ran started his career in the elite IDF special forces unit “Sayeret Matkal” and later became the Commander of that unit.
Bill Taub

Bill Taub is currently the Senior Vice President of Security at Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company.
He has vast experience as a CISO with experience in startup, service provider, media-entertainment, and high-tech enterprise cultures. Focus on delivering compliant, sustaining processes and working teams and enabling innovation at the organizational level. Accomplished in policy, federation of identity, anti-malware, vulnerability mitigation, incident response, the human firewall, and security and compliance architecture.

Itai has over 25 years of experience in Product Management and Development . Itai held various senior executive and leadership roles Including CEO of Ericsson Media Solutions , Director of Product Management at LogMeIn, VP of Products at Olive-software as well as Director of Product Management at Amdocs where he founded the internal innovation team and led the development of products from the initial idea phase to more than $100M in sales revenue.
Itai founded ‘startsaba’ hub , an education center connecting teenagers with the high-tech industry. He also teaches entrepreneurship at Tel Aviv and Reichmann university and Tech product management at the Technion. Itai holds an MBA from Thames Valley University; an MA in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
